U.S. Beef Festival has ended in Aktau, Kazakhstan
U.S. Beef Festival supported by USMEF in four restaurants of Aktau – La Terrasse в Caspian Riviera Grand Palace Hotel, Twins, Seasons, и Teniz Village – was conducted on August 25 – September 15.
The festival introduced residents and guests of the city to American marble beef, revered by gourmets all over the world.
Team of chefs led by chef-consultant Vladimir Tyan created eight menus, four basic Festival menus and four for gastro dinners, in the light of specific features of each restaurant.
Restaurant visitors were able to appreciate the flavors and variety of dishes from American marbled beef. The festival promoted the popularization of American beef as a healthy, safe and fantastically delicious product.
