Meat imports from Kyrgyzstan to Dubai are in the range of 2-3 Mt per week. Minister of Agriculture and Food Industry Tilek Toktogaziyev said this on January 15 during a briefing in Bishkek. According to him, the purchase price of Kyrgyz meat in Dubai is at the level of $7.

According to T. Toktogaziev, there are now two meat processing plants in Kyrgyzstan that comply with the international standard ISO. One of them is owned by Torro company, and the second meat processing plant is Adal-Azyk in the village of Kochkor.

"This standard allows you to export meat. In addition, two more meat processing plants are under construction, according to the ISO standard. They are located in the cities of Balykchi and Karakol. There are 5 meat processing plants in Kyrgyzstan of the HASSP standard, "the minister said.

According to the plan of the Ministry of Agriculture, deliveries of Kyrgyz meat to China will also be made by air.
