Three dozen participants, among whom were chefs, restaurateurs and purchasers for large companies leading international business, attended the master class with interest. The lead chef Pavel Galkovsky showed and told how beautiful American marble beef is, and how much it surpasses beef of a different origin.

Not only premium, but also alternative US-style beef deserve attention, so the participants saw both Ribby and Striploin, as well as the NY-Strip, skurt steak, bacon, shoulder rib meat, short board, and flanks.
