Workshop on American Marbled Beef April 7, 2019 in Bukhara

The American Meat Export Federation (USMEF) conducts a workshop / master class on American marbled beef - premium and alternative cuts - in Bukhara, Uzbekistan.

A seminar on working with American beef will be conducted by chief consultant Pavel Galkovsky, who is well known in Uzbekistan for both joint activities with the USMEF in Tashkent and Samarkand, and his private projects with restaurateurs of the country. Chief Pavel will share his experience with such cuts and muscles of American marbled beef as Flank, Skirt, Short Ribs, Short Plate, Short Loin, NY Strip, Ribeye.

On this day, promo-tasting of American marble beef will be held for guests of the Old Bukhara restaurant, and the most advanced gourmets from among the loyal guests of the restaurant can order real American steak, cooked by one of the leading experts on meat - chef Pavel Galkovsky.
