Kyrgyzstan produced 403,300 tons of meat in 2018, by 2.1% more than in 2017, the Agriculture Ministry said.

Growth in meat production was due to the growth in head of livestock and poultry.

As of 2018 end, the livestock population grew by 3.1%, sheep - 0.9%, pigs - 2.2%, horses - 3%, and poultry - 4.2%.
