USMEF invites visitors to Stand G30, Pavilion 3, where the Federation’s representatives will present opportunities for U.S. beef, discuss cooperation with importers and distributors, and share market insights and development opportunities in Uzbekistan.

As part of the exhibition, U.S. beef master classes will be held on April 1 and 2 at 11:00 in Pavilion 5, organized in cooperation with TH Thermoplan UZ.

The master classes will be led by Chef Alexey Surin (Unitex), who will demonstrate preparation and serving options for U.S. beef dishes for the foodservice sector.

Importers, distributors, retailers, foodservice professionals and processors are welcome to visit the USMEF stand and attend the master classes.
