InterFood Azerbaijan is one of the most important meeting places for the food industry players of the Caspian region, annually hosting thousands of professional visitors from more than 20 countries from around the world.

Over the past few years, the exhibition has also become popular for hosting the “Golden Shah” Chefs' Championship. 

During the exhibition, USMEF, in partnership with PROFETECH, will conduct a culinary demonstration of cooking steaks from American beef.
