USMEF to host a smoked beef master class in Tashkent

On May 10, 2026, a professional master class focused on smoker cooking techniques will take place at the Gastronomica Culinary Studio, led by chef-consultant Konstantin Zhbakov.

The event is organized with the support of the U.S. Meat Export Federation (USMEF) as part of its program promoting U.S. marbled beef in Central Asia.

Designed for chefs, sous-chefs, and HoReCa professionals, the session will cover low & slow cooking techniques, smoker operation, and practical approaches to preparing dishes using U.S. beef.
Participation is free of charge, but registration is required as seating is limited.
