USMEF to Host an Exclusive American Beef Gastro Lunch in Baku

The U.S. Meat Export Federation (USMEF) partnered with The Woo White City restaurant in Baku, invites guests to an exclusive Four-Hand Gastro Lunch led by renowned chefs Mirza Ahmadov and Renat Novruzov.

Guests will enjoy a refined tasting menu jointly created by the two chefs, along with a special wine-and-dine pairing featuring American beef complemented by Meysari wines.

The event will take place on December 2, 2025, at 13:00.

Starters:

  • Marinated Olives
  • Lemon, orange, cinnamon, rosemary.
  • Brioche with Roast

Beef Tenderloin American Tenderloin is exceptionally tender, with a milder flavor compared to ribeye or striploin and minimal marbling, which creates its signature rich beef flavor. Meysari Sanam Rosé An elegant rosé with notes of green apple, wild strawberry, and raspberry. Medium acidity and low tannins.

American Striploin is known for its rich beef flavor, combining bold taste with a tender yet firm texture.
