Master class on premium and alternative beef in Tbilisi on December 16
A master class on premium and alternative beef will be held in Tbilisi, Georgia, on December 16 at 12:00 in the IOTA Hotel Tbilisi restaurant, 10, Lermontova Street.

The class will be conducted by Oleg Starun, the chef of the Kiev Steakhouse restaurant Savva Libkina. For Oleg this is not the first experience of meeting with the players of the HoReK market and the Hospitality industry of Georgia. He has already held workshops for chefs and meat purchasers in Batumi. This time, USMEF is conducting a seminar together with Premium Foods Group (www.pfg.ge), which is an importer and distributor of premium products in Georgia and provides direct deliveries from the USA and Europe.
The master class will feature classic steaks: Cowboy, New York strip steak, Chateaubriand, Filet mignon, and Delmonico steaks beloved by all generations X, Y and Z, ribs that can easily be separated from bones and Christmas beef Wellington from American marbled beef.
