Master Class and American Beef and Pork Presentation in Pavlodar

On November 19, 2025, at 12:00, Chef Consultant Pavel Galkovsky (Russia) will host a culinary master class and presentation at Stary Zamok Restaurant - “American Marbled Beef and Pork – Your Smart Choice”

The event is organized with the support of the U.S. Meat Export Federation (USMEF).

Master class menu highlights:

  • Butcher’s Steak

The event is designed for chefs, restaurant owners, and HoReCa professionals interested in incorporating high-quality American pork and beef into their menus.

In the evening, Stary Zamok will host a special Grill Party for loyal guests, featuring:
