Exclusive American Beef Gastro Lunch in Baku Successfully Concluded
On December 2, 2025, an exclusive American beef gastro lunch organized by the U.S. Meat Export Federation (USMEF) took place at The Woo White City restaurant in Baku, Azerbaijan, bringing together chefs, culinary professionals, and invited guests. The event showcased the quality and versatility of American beef through a refined tasting menu and wine pairings created by renowned chefs Mirza Ahmadov and Renat Novruzov.

Guests enjoyed a specially curated multi-course menu featuring starters, salads, and a main dish that highlighted premium American beef cuts, accompanied by selected Meysari wines.
The menu included items such as marinated olives with brioche, grilled striploin with greens and chimichurri sauce, and a ribeye steak served with truffle mashed potatoes, followed by crème brûlée for dessert.
The lunch offered participants the opportunity to experience firsthand the distinct textures, flavors, and culinary potential of American beef in a chef-driven setting, complemented by thoughtful wine pairings.
