Chef Battle featuring U.S. beef to take place in Tashkent

From May 10 to 12, the Gastronomica Culinary Studio in Tashkent will host Season VI of the Chef Battle dedicated to cooking with U.S. beef.

The event will kick off with two days of qualifying rounds, where participants will showcase their professional skills, culinary techniques, and creativity in working with U.S. beef. The grand final and awards ceremony will take place on May 12.
Organized with the support of the U.S. Meat Export Federation (USMEF), the event will bring together chefs and HoReCa professionals.

The grand prize is a trip to Beijing, including visits to restaurants and distributors working with U.S. beef.
