American Prime Burgers & Pastrami Festival Continues at Nukus 89 Through February 26
The American Prime Burgers & Pastrami Festival, organized by the U.S. Meat Export Federation (USMEF), launched on February 12 at NUKUS 89 and is continuing through February 26.
The American Prime Burgers & Pastrami Festival is currently underway at Nukus 89, bringing guests a special menu built around premium U.S. beef.
Launched on February 12, the festival showcases signature items from the American Prime concept, including burgers and pastrami sandwiches made with authentic U.S. beef brisket.
According to the festival lineup, featured items include New York and Ohio burgers, as well as New Orlean – a sandwich made with real pastrami.
The project was introduced during the Prime Dinner opening event, which presented the concept of American Prime, a new premium fast-food brand developed in collaboration with americanbeef_uzb and supported by USMEF.
The opening event also featured a tasting menu centered on premium burgers and signature pastrami sandwiches, highlighting the versatility and flavor of U.S. beef in a modern, urban dining format.
The festival at Nukus 89 remains open to guests through February 26, offering visitors a chance to experience the American Prime menu in a limited-time festival format.
