American beef steaks showcased at the InterFood Azerbaijan exhibition
The U.S. Meat Export Federation (USMEF) collaborated with PROFETECH to host a culinary demonstration featuring American beef steaks, prepared by Chef Anar Namaliev from Novikov Cafe Baku.
InterFood Azerbaijan is one of the most important meeting places for the food industry players of the Caspian region, annually hosting thousands of professional visitors from more than 20 countries from around the world.
Over the past few years, the exhibition has also become popular for hosting the “Golden Shah” Chefs' Championship.
During the exhibition, USMEF, in partnership with PROFETECH, has conducted a culinary demonstration of cooking steaks from American beef.
