Josper Master Class on New U.S. Beef Cuts in Almaty
On June 11, 2026, the U.S. Meat Export Federation (USMEF), togetherwith Thermoplan Asia, will hold a master class in Almaty focused on working with new U.S. beef cuts and menu applications prepared on Josper equipment.

The event will take place at the Thermoplan Asia office and showroom at 199B Suyunbay Avenue, Almaty.
The master class will be led by chef-consultant and USMEF Ambassador in Central Asia Vladimir Tyan, Astana.
HoReCa market participants will be introduced to the opportunities Josper equipment offers for U.S. beef cooking.
he master class program will feature brisket, Club and iBone steaks, picanha, and burgers made from 80% lean ground marbled beef.
