Texas Beef Festival at Veranda on the river, Ukraine

USMEF has been conducting the Texas Beef Festival at Veranda on the river that started on September 3 and will last until the end of the month. The event is funded by the Texas Beef Council (TBC).

Also, Sergei was learning kitchen equipment in Texas, particularly Texas smokers. And many of the meals from the Veranda menu are cooked in the real Texas smoker. The Texas Beef Festival menu is based on both alternative and classic steaks: Hanging Tender Butcher steak, Flank steaks, Beef Rib Fingers with chili marmalade on brioche, Ribeye Roll and Tomahawk steaks, as well as Tenderloin Fillet Mignon.

For the Texas Beef Festival opening and presentation and tasting of the Festival menu on September 6, chef Sergei has prepared a favorite traditional low-slow smoked and cooked Beef Brisket in Texas style.

Also at the Texas Beef Festival opening, regular guests learned about the advantages of American beef over other origin beef, about the state of the Texas as the largest beef-producing state in the USA, about culinary culture, Western traditions and barbecues, tasted splendid festival steaks and also immersed themself in the atmosphere of country-style music and legends about brave but romantic cowboys. Adult and children guests were greeted by hostesses and animators in traditional cowboy hats and costumes.
