Seminar on American beef for HoReCa in Lutsk, Ukraine

A workshop on American beef for HoReCa and meat importers will be held for the first time on February 26 in Lutsk, Ukraine, with the support of the American Meat Export Federation (USMEF).

The development of the Hospitality Industry and trade relations with neighboring countries requires new high-quality products, including, among others, American beef.

The theoretical part of the seminar will be carried out by the chefs who studied in Texas under the program Beef 101, - Evgeny Sushko and Vitaly Vyprintsev, the brand chef of the restaurant holding Cartel.

As always, both premium and alternative destruction will be presented at the seminars: Brisket, Short Ribs, Ribeye, NY Strip.

The seminar will be held in the restaurant Meat & Green.
