This was stated by the speaker of the Great State Khural (Parliament) of Mongolia, Gombozhavyn Zandanshatar during a meeting with the Russian Ambassador to Mongolia Iskander Azizov, the Xinhua News Agency writes.

Mongolia plans to supply meat and meat products to the Irkutsk region and the Republic of Buryatia.

“We hope that gratuitous assistance [from Mongolia] will contribute to the fight [of Russia] with the spread of the coronavirus,” Xinhua quoted the Speaker of the Parliament of Mongolia.

In March, Rospotrebnadzor reported that Russia sent Mongolia test systems to detect coronavirus.
