Workshop on American marble beef at Vinopark restaurant, Shymkent, Kazakhstan

30 chefs and technologists attended a workshop on American beef at the Vinopark restaurant in Shymkent, Kazakhstan, on June 30, 2017. The event was organized and hosted by the American Federation of Meat Export (USMEF).

Pavel Galkovsky, brand-chef of the chain of steakhouses "T-Bone", restaurant group Fresco Group, has demonstrated premium and alternative cuts to the participants.
Participants of the master class listened to the bright story of the head of the USMEF representative Galina Kochubeyeva about the high taste qualities of American beef with interest.
With special interest, the participants got acquainted with alternative cuts Top Blade, Hanging Tender, Short Ribs, Chuck Flaps. Pavel Galkovsky also showed innovative cutting of stitches NY-Strip.
After finishing of the workshop, USMEF conducted a tasting of dishes from American beef for professionals, representatives of the press and loyal customers of Vinopark restaurants.
