A master class on premium and alternative American beef was held at Baku’s M’EAT restaurant on December 19

Chef Oleg Starun held a master class on American beef in Baku on December 19Almost four dozen chefs took part in a master class on American marbled beef in Baku, Azerbaijan. The master class was organized by the American Federation for the Export of Meat (USMEF), and was conducted by its famous Ukrainian chef Oleg Starun. The meeting place for the participants was the famous meat restaurant M’EAT of the BEAT GROUP network.

Chef Oleg Starun presented a rich program to the participants: premium cuts and steaks in a classic and innovative cut - Cowboy, Ribeye, NY Strip, T-bone, alternative Chuck Roll and Short Plate (beef bacon), as well as real American burgers.

Participants in the master class were able to taste the American beef of several brands.
