Texas Beef Festival at Atyrau, Kazakhstan

Texas Beef Festival will be starting this week in three restaurants of Atyrau, the oil capital of Kazakhstan.

The festival is conducted in the country for the first time ever and the festival menu was developed individually for each of three festival restaurants – Buffalo, Ginza, and Barmaglot – by Dmitry Vasiliev, the brand-chef at Vozdvizhenskoe Hotel Resort, who used to work in the USA, has been savvy to the southern-state cuisine, and who is very creative and well-experienced in beef cutting and cooking, especially in the beef alternative cuts utilization.
The festival will be held for two weeks.

On September 13 chef Dmitry will hold the US Beef Cutting & Cooking demo on Chuck Roll, NY Stripp, other secondary cuts for the HRI market players in Atyrau and Aktay.
