The French black gold hunter Eugene Truffaut opened the Truffle gastronomic restaurant in Tashkent, which offers a rich selection of delicious Mediterranean, pan-Asian and molecular dishes.

The interior of the restaurant is made in the style of "Provence", with elements of light "loft" - a combination of simplicity and comfort.
There are a summer terrace, children's rooms and a gastronomic shop at the restaurant.
